This is the first step of the process used in this website to ensure AI content is not accepted.

It refers to the human evaluation and assessment of the works who will look for signs like

Image wise :

  • warped imagery
  • misuse of space
  • misplaced parts
  • random blobs of colour

Audio wise:

  • overly melodic and repetitive notes throughout song.

For both, most importantly, they can search for original sources or alternative places these artworks could be found from or originally posted

(This is more likely to occur during the 3rd step of the process if necessary.

Once a post has been submitted, it will be checked between three human moderators (the team) will examine the work for any signs of AI-generated content. If any are found, they will be highlighted/outlined and noted down to be addressed after the second step of the process is completed.

This is the second step of the process used in this  website to ensure AI content is not accepted

It refers to AI detectors and scanners assessment of the artwork, following after step 1

To avoid false accusations or assumptions of AI use, the work will be tested by online AI checkers, this will be addressed in the Rules and T&S section of the website. Most of the detectors analysed in this folio ensure works are not stored in the website after testing to ensure security of work. The detectors Heartistry will use will only be the ones listed to protect individuals work and security.

After being scanned through each detector, the image’s percentages for AI detection will be noted by the human moderators. Each percentage will be placed into a table to calculate an average percentage.

Depending on the percentage average and the collective assessment of the team members, a determination will be made

This is the third and final step of the process used in this  website to ensure AI content is not accepted

-It refers to the provision of an appeal by the artist or the individuals ability to prove or disprove the team’s decision

-To ensure determination of the post is correct. The artist will be notified.

-If there is clear suspicion about the work, the person in question will be asked to submit further proof (this could include things like process shots (and videos if available) or other similar work they have done

-If there is a lack of suspicion or no suspicion that the work is made with AI, there will be minimal requirement for proof. The artist is able to provide whatever evidence they are willing to share to ensure there work is secured in the gallery

-Once this is done, an artwork determined as true (Determined to be free of AI via a process of frequent and multiple checks and assessments), will be permitted into the the gallery. However, if it is determined a false, the work will not be permitted into the gallery and the poster will be temporarily unable to reassess or post in the gallery (For likely 1-2 months).

This suspension can increase if further posts made by the user are also determined to be AI generated
